Marketing Lead

What You’ll Do

• Spearhead Plato’s in-person event series, Elevate
• Own Elevate attendance and overall content strategy
• Support and lead our event manager
• Create editorial and content creation calendars for various platforms
• Drive Content strategy and implementation
• Lead Webinar Series: Speaker management, content and attendance
• Ensure all events and content accurately represent the brand

About You

• 5+ years of content and event marketing experience
• Proven success carrying out event marketing efforts, including planning, attendance, event sponsorship, and reporting
• Strong oral and written communicator, with demonstrated success writing user facing communications
• Proven track record building and implementing a content marketing strategy from scratch
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across teams, with an eye for details, schedules, budgets, and onsite personnel
• Comfortable working in a lean and agile work environment: you are proactive and resourceful
• Ownership, you’re comfortable taking on projects and seeing them through to completion
