Overview
We are seeking interns interested in learning from experts in the travel business to generate new business around the world through marketing, be a part of the development of customer end-to-end brand strategies, support digital marketing initiatives and support the Traverse initiatives through and through. This intern will be responsible for the new generation of brand and digital media strategic execution and execution for both Traverse and its’ partners. This is an individual contributor role. The successful candidate must have an interest in marketing, technology tools, and a keen ability to deliver client specific solutions.
Responsibilities
• Reviews creative assets from brand lens to ensure brand compliance
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders from Marketing teams to ensure brand compliance of all projects and initiatives
• Manages creation and deployment of consumer email campaigns, social media campaigns, blogs, guides, and other media tactics as needed
• Oversees statuses of brand project and brand partnership work to ensure deadlines and expectations are met in project management tool; communicates updates to key stakeholders in a timely manner
• Takes ownership of assigned brand projects through concepting, piloting, and execution, while partnering with key internal stakeholders
• Partners with marketing leader to understand department’s invoice processing and budget sheet; keeps track of vendor payments
• Collaborates with team on creation of presentations while adhering to brand guidelines and style guides
• Organizes department assets and files using Traverse’s file structure process
• Manages department Standard Operating Procedures to ensure standards are being enforced and updated as needed
• Collaborates with internal legal stakeholders or key leadership to execute brand-related contracts that impact assigned brand projects, as needed
