The Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Associate with at least 2 years of related work experience to join our team.
In addition, we’re looking for someone who has a track record of problem solving.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and qualified pipeline through co-marketing partnerships and virtual event channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and build a pipeline of B2B marketing SaaS partnership logos to collaborate with Welcome on co-marketed virtual events.
Plan, produce (with internal support), and execute full pre-, during-, and post-event planning for virtual events, including lead list generation in exchange for partner promotions and panel participation.
Execute monthly co-marketed events and spotlight interviews with the goal of capturing leads and generating awareness for our target persona and ICP while maintaining or exceeding an attendance rate of 40%.
Maintain positive relationships with partners and secure future events
Own end-to-end planning and project management of virtual events, including event topic, description, promotion, and run of show/agenda.
Collaborate with the Content Manager on all email and social media communication for pre-event and post-event promotion.
Identify in-event hand-raisers and notify/collaborate with the sales team.
Conduct B2B marketing research on key event marketing events, trending topics, potential speakers, and influencers in the space.
Regularly monitor and report key insights and metrics to the Head of Marketing and team.
Post-event analysis: measure registrations, attendees, in-event hand-raisers, engagement in chat and Q&A, database/lead growth, and key questions or insights that can be shared with the Content Manager.
Post-event partner analysis: measure which partners drove the most registration, which speakers had shareable contributions to the conversation, and evaluate the marketing team’s performance.
