Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate responsibilities revolve around organizing and running marketing campaigns over social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat). Typical responsibilities include:

• Creating content, including text posts, video, and images for use on social media
• Promoting services and content over social media in a way that is consistent with Nook’s brand and social media strategy
• Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
• Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
• Collaborating with Sales and Operations to ensure branding is consistent

Qualifications

An ideal candidate for the Marketing Associate position hinges on two key qualities: excellent communication abilities and hands-on creative experience. Other qualifications include:

• 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

• Resourceful and scrappy problem solver
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit are a must
