About the role:
Snappr places high value on the creator and photographers which provide services through the Snappr platform. This role will be focused on building photographer engagement through various strategies, and making sure photographers needs are being met on the platform and increase the provider NPS and tenure on the platform.
What you’ll do:
- Executing initiatives for photographer engagement
- Managing all photographer communications
- Partner with the Creative and/or the Learning and Development team to develop Photographer training and content creation
- Partner with the Creator Onboarding and Management team to help scale the photographer community and coverage
- Manage a team of 5 part-time ambassadors and scale program to more cities
- Conducting user feedback with photographer focus groups on new product features
- Identify, incubate and lead cross-functional special projects to drive global photographer marketplace growth
- Be a key stakeholder in prioritizing features for photographer-related products
- Work closely with the product team to launch and operationalize new products from scratch
- Utilize data to understand photographer and customer behavior and incubate new initiatives to improve their experience
- Develop & optimize processes by breaking projects into actionable steps with aggressive timelines for completion
- Build, track, and communicate detailed metrics dashboards to make data-driven decisions at scale
- Hustle, take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
