Your Role & What You’ll Do
Machine learning and data engineering is the core of our products. You will lead our machine learning and data team to help commercial real estate investors make sophisticated underwriting decisions faster with an AI Copilot.
- Building and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex data problems
- Collaborate with users and engineers and the design team to train, deploy and maintain machine learning models
- Work with the founders as an early employee to shape the future of the product and company
- Lead ML & Data team
What We Are Looking For
- Experience ML engineer with data science experience
- Ability to deploy ML models to production
- Traditional software engineering experience (preferably full-stack)
- Experience with text and document processing
- Ability to lead a team
- Familiar with natural language processing
- Experience with machine learning pipeline
- Comfortable in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Deep curiosity and passion for solving customer problems
- Ability to think through complex system challenges that span bits and atoms
