About the Role

Design is of utmost importance to us. We believe it’s both how it works and how it looks.
As our first Product Designer, you'll leverage your creativity to shape product strategy across team and individual projects. We seek a diverse range of design skills and the capability to produce high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes. We firmly believe that meticulous attention to detail and a design-focused mindset are essential for crafting outstanding user experiences, and at Rollstack, designers are pivotal in bringing this vision to life.

As a Lead Product Designer, you will

• Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making process regarding product direction.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives, participate in weekly design reviews, and collaborate closely with the engineers, the CPO, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation
• Develop features and improvements that are shipped quickly and with exceptional quality
• Design user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for your features
• Assist in fostering a design culture within the company
• Help establish early processes that uphold our attention to detail and design-focused approach

Who We Are Looking For

• 4+ years working as a product designer in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years working as a product designer in B2B SaaS targeting Enterprise customers
• Passion for design and figuring out best-in-class solutions to UX, UI, and interaction challenges
• Ability to think through complex interaction design
• Ability to express ideas through visuals and prototyping (We use Figma)
• Experience with design systems
• Understanding of REST APIs and Web integrations
• Excellent visual, UI, and interaction skills
