The Design Team

We believe that the role of a designer and the design team is most important in modern-day start-ups. Design is something that takes the product to the next level.

If a Health ID is to be used by billions of people, it has to be conveyed to them very simply. Our design team's role will be super important for 1.4 billion Indians to get a health record system.

Personal traits we are looking for:

• Are you naturally curious and willing to pick up new skills?
• Do you get excited about solving interesting problems?
• Do you have deep empathy for the end-user and willing to talk to customers to reach a deep understanding of the problem?
• Can you verbalize several proposed solutions for a given problem? Earnest to collaborate but defaults to action and can autonomously figure out the solution to a problem?
• Are you opinionated but enjoy the benefits of being a generalist and not tied down to a specific language, framework, or a particular process?
• Most importantly, do you have clarity about things?

Experience we're looking for:

• A Portfolio or a collection of your work
• Visually appealing graphics
• Do you paint or sketch?
• Bonus: If you have an Instagram page or something where you put your designs
