As the founding banker at Landeed, you will be responsible for defining and executing the vision and roadmap for our company. You will play a crucial role in shaping the direction and growth of our business and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to bring innovative products to market.
Landeed is a technology startup that is focused on building a property title search engine for the Indian market. We are currently seeking a Real Estate Investment Banker to join our team and support our growth and expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investors and partners in the real estate industry
- Prepare and present investment proposals and pitch decks to potential investors
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute fundraising strategies in the real estate sector
- Manage relationships with existing investors and stakeholders in the real estate industry
- Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting activities related to real estate transactions
- Participate in due diligence activities and other transaction-related tasks related to real estate investments
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of investment banking experience in the real estate industry
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills related to real estate investments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- STEM major is a must
- Front-office: Previous experience at I-Banking (Bulge bracket or boutique) or investment management firm is a must
