About the Position

The ideal candidate is outgoing and loves talking to people. We are looking for someone who enjoys calling customers and potential customers on the phone, has exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable working with large data sets, preferably in Excel/Google Sheets. The day-to-day responsibilities may include tasks such as calling into veterinary practices to book/re-book site demos, calling into veterinary practices to post-demo to encourage sign-up, assisting with email marketing efforts, handling recurring and one-off Hubspot operational/data tasks

What you’ll do

  • Call veterinary practices to book new demos of our platform, re-book previously booked demos, and encourage signup after demos have occurred

  • Speaking with clinics gatekeepers and decision-makers

  • Handle recurring and one-off operational tasks in Hubspot

  • Work with datasets in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Assist with email marketing efforts

What you'll need

  • Experience with outbound or sales phone calls

  • High level of comfort working with large data sets in Excel/Google Sheets

  • General knowledge/understanding of a CRM system (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • A positive attitude, along with a strong work ethic, trustworthiness, and a willingness to learn

  • Ability to allocate at least 20 hours/week over the course of the summer
