Here are some things you’ll do on the job:

  • You’ll know more about Intercom/Talkdesk than anyone else @ Seis. You’ll proactively source ideas to the Customer Support Product Team of what Intercom/Talkdesk can do, and how to use it better
  • You’ll work with our Customer Support Product Team to understand our Customer Support data, and use that data to improve our chat bot, the customer flow in our support tools/Intercom/Talkdesk, and source high priority customer pain points/common questions
  • You’ll own the flow & all the content for our chat bot.
  • You’ll know where customers get stuck in our support flows, and either build yourself or show the Customer Support Product Team the problem we need to solve
  • You’ll work with our Banking Operations & Customer Support teams to ensure customer tickets are being routed to the right teams, and ensure the data is being tracked correctly in Intercom/Talkdesk.

You’ll know you’re successful when:

  • Fewer customers submit tickets or call in because you’ve preemptively answered their question
  • We get more accurate & more actionable data about the questions that customers are asking
  • You know more about Intercom/Talkdesk than anyone else at Seis
  • Our Customer Support Product Team is constantly coming to you for ideas on how we can use Intercom/Talkdesk to build better customers

About you

  • You must be a native Spanish speaker. This is the only 100% non-negotiable on this list.
  • You don’t have to be a developer/engineer, but you must be analytical & technical.
  • Using various SaaS tools should be trivial to you - you pick new ones up all the time & easily learn their ins & outs
  • You must be an optimizer - using numbers & data to constantly improve, find new ways to win, etc.
  • You must be able to write good Spanish copy for our chat bot that can answer customer questions in a thorough & empathetic way
  • You must feel pain when our customers feel pain
  • You have some product sense and knowledge of banking products such as ACH, International Wires, SWIFT, checks, and debit cards
  • You get joy out of delighting customers & feel a genuine need to serve them
