Integration Manager

Pulppo has the great challenge of being a technological partner of a low-tech market!

You will have the responsibility being the first contact once elite brokers convert to Pulppo. You will have the challenge of converting them to Pulppo, training them into our systems while identifying areas of improvement/optimization and presenting them to Pulppo's leadership to be implemented.

Goals of the role include:

• Integrate new Master Brokers and ensure a smooth, fast and professional transition to Pulppo coordinating multiple areas and tasks.
• Identify how we can make the process better and more efficient (we are a startup...there's still a lot to do).

About the person we are looking for. You are (or have):

• A passionate, yet organized person who likes working with customers.
• A desire to be part of a company in it's infant stages, so you can be a part of it's hyper-growth phase.
• Experience working at a startup (if it's in the company's early days, even better).
• Experience working in the early days of a team that grew and went from being an unstruct
• Experience working with multiple systems such as Intercom, Hubspot, Retool, Zapier and and similar tools.
