Firstbase is hiring an experienced Inside Sales Manager as a critical part of our team to help us convert more leads, and coach the team to guide future clients to sign up with us.
Your goals will be:
- Increase customer conversion and satisfaction, keep the department running in an efficient manner;
- Coach BPO's team how to familiarize our potential customers with our product lines;
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience

Who are we looking for
We are looking for risk-takers with diverse experience able to provide fearless feedback.
You will have the following responsibilities
- Define strategy to improve conversion and cross-sales
- Build CRM strategy mapping all points of contact with the customer considering Firstbase GTM strategy
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs
- Improve customer experience in the beginning of the sales funnel, creating engaged customers and accelerate growth
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards for internal and external (BPO) public
- Mentor and develop sales support team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Work together with support team (post sales) to align tone of voice and optimize procedures
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Work with product and marketing with constant feedbacks to improve our products
Minimum requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, Program manager or customer experience
- Experience in providing customer support related to sales
- Excellent communication skills: collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners.
- Working knowledge of customer service software (Zendesk), databases and CRM
- High integrity and a customer-first mentality;
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Self-starter mindset
- Proficiency in English
