We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations and Finance Manager to join our fast-growing startup, Hypercore.
As the Operations and Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing administrative tasks, financial management, HR processes, compliance, operations, and supporting legal and fundraising activities.
This is a unique opportunity to join a seed-stage startup with both US and Israeli entities, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle financial records, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking.
- Support HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including travel arrangements, expense management, and other administrative logistics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, staying updated on corporate structure requirements for both US and Israeli entities.
- Streamline internal processes and workflows, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, such as legal advisors, bookkeepers, and CPAs.
- Report to the board of directors and facilitate communication between internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar operations and finance management role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong financial management skills, with a solid understanding of corporate structure and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of US and Israeli corporate structures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in using various SaaS tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in finance or operations management are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, operations, or a related field.
