Job Description  

Homebase is looking for talented candidates to join Homebase as a Human Resources Intern. You will have the following responsibilities in regards to your strengths and preferences:  

  • Human Resources Operations Intern:
  • Enforce employees commitment through developing and maintaining competitive benefit package; 

  • Organize and maintain all HR operational systems;  

  • Initiate metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies for  attracting, developing and retain talents;

  • Perform analysis of organizational development alongside senior managers and anticipate future employment needs;

  • Operate cross-functionally to support and leverage the efficiency of different departments;

  • Human Resources Development Intern: 
  • Prepare workforce planning and initiate recruiting strategies according to organizational needs and objectives; 

  • Represent Company internally and externally with a goal of relationship building with potential candidates;

  • Formulate Human Resources initiatives to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture; 

  • Drive business success by developing learning and development strategies that help increase productivity, improve work relationships, and build morale across the company; 

  • Other projects and initiatives to build an employee-oriented, high-performing culture.  

Our requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • Be able to commit at least 6 months;

  • Based in HCMC;

  • Background as juniors, seniors, or fresh graduates in areas such as Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related majors;

  • Experience with the onboarding process and event organizing;

  • Knowledge about organizational culture, C&B and performance management is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English and Vietnamese;

  • Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;

  • Innovative: You have impeccable attention to detail and high internal standards for work. You're always seeking ways to innovate, improve, and automate your work in a professional and effective manner;

  • Adaptable: You are highly adaptable to the constant changes of Homebase products. You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;

  • Persistent: You don't take no for an answer. You’re motivated to push through the challenges in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business;
