ABOUT MODERN TREASURY

Modern Treasury builds payment operations solutions- the workflows that move money for companies. This includes initiating transactions, processing approvals, and managing the problems and challenges that inevitably crop up. Our tools automate the full cycle of money movement—from payment initiation, through approvals, to reconciliation—and are accessible through web application or API.

YOU WILL

• Provide technical support to Modern Treasury employees, via messaging (Slack), video conference (Zoom), or phone calls.

• Receive and resolve inbound IT Requests, submitted by Modern Treasury employees

• Diagnose and troubleshoot IT hardware issues at Modern Treasury offices

• Maintain accurate records of interactions with employees that are recurring user problems

• Follow up with employees as needed to ensure any problems are resolved

• Organize tech resources so they are easy to locate 

• Manage desk administration duties

• Create and review IT-related knowledge base articles

• Participate in the completion of IT-related projects

YOU MAY BE A FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU

• 1+ years of similar work experience

• CS, Mathematics, Statistics degree from top-tier university

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Have a fantastic attitude

• Are a team player

• Enjoy team collaboration & technical conflict resolution
