Our mission is to build the most delightful, full-service banking experience for anyone who wants to bank in their native Spanish. We’ll offer all financial products you’d expect from a full-service bank (mortgages, auto loans, investing, etc.), starting with a checking account & debit card.
Our goal is to make such an amazing banking experience that people will wish they spoke Spanish so they could bank with us. We’ll treat Spanish speakers as first class citizens & end dial 2 for español.
We launched our checking account + debit card product in Q4’21 and are growing very quickly - we need your help to continue creating an amazing experience for our customers.

- You will own the public voice of Seis - it’s a chance to have a huge impact on how our customers’ view us, the success of Seis, and most importantly the day-to-day financial lives of our customers
What you’ll do
- Either create or manage the content creation for all our channels: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
- Create educational content to help our customers better understand Seis’s products, how to live in the US, the American financial system. This should be helpful enough to be useful, and entertaining enough to keep people’s attention.
- Own the entire video content creation workflow from soup to nuts.
- Grow our userbase via your content
- Interact with everyone at the company to understand what our customers need
About you
- You’re a bilingual, native Spanish speaker (the only 100% non-negotiable on this list)
- You understand the culture & norms of various hispanic groups. You know that Spanish speakers are not a homogenous group & have cultures & sensitivities as different as America vs Ireland
- You’re a video & social pro. This is what you do - this is who you are
- You have strong opinions about content & excellent taste. You’ll have a well thought out reason for 80% of your content choices.
- You’ll have an immediate, visceral POV on our current content
- You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping all our channels actively full of high-quality content that serves our goals
- You’re very strong at creating your own content ideas & (when the project calls for one) scripts, but are also great at riffing with others to come up with new ideas for you to choose from
