About Stepful
Stepful is on a mission to empower communities with accessible pathways to healthcare careers, regardless of background or circumstance.
Stepful is one of the fastest growing start-ups based out of New York City. We launched two years ago and have already graduated over a thousand students. Our graduates, mainly from underprivileged communities, go on to work at leading healthcare institutions such as OneMedical, NY Presbyterian and Davita. Stepful students increase their salaries by 60% on average after just 15 weeks of training.
The founding team is uniquely positioned to grow Stepful to be the leader in healthcare education. Each founder brings in relevant experience coming from leadership roles at Udacity, Apple, and Uber.
Stepful is backed by Y Combinator and recently closed a round led by Reach Capital, the leading EdTech investor in the US.
What you’ll do
- Lead new and existing partnerships with healthcare employers to train and to place Stepful students
- Drive new business opportunities by understanding the challenges your prospective customers face related to talent and capacity, capability and diversity, and learn to position the Stepful solution appropriately
- Work cross-functionally with our engineering, product and student experience teams to provide visibility and feedback into new partner goals, so they can efficiently implement the right solutions
This job is for you if
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare, education, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with a solid understanding of sales analytics and performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and creating impact in the healthcare workforce landscape.

- You worked in healthcare or sold to Talent Acquisition stakeholders
