Pulppo has the great challenge of being a technological partner of a low-tech market!
As Head of Sales you will be responsible for leading and managing the Sales team as well as improving our value proposition, leading the sales team by example (yes, we expect you to sell yourself!) and creating clear systems to track team performance and opportunities for improvement. We are looking for a metric driven, result oriented leader to ensure the sales team delivers results while creating a scalable structure that can be replicated when we grow internationally in a few months.

About the person we are looking for. You are (or have):
- A metric driven leader that creates stuctures, objectives and value props bases on information and testing.
- Someone who likes to go out and get stuff done. We are looking for someone that leads the sales team by example and goes out there and makes sales happen.
- Ideally you've worked in a proptech/real estate environment and understand how Real Estate brokerages work.
- Experience working at a startup (if it's in the company's early days, even better).
- Experience working in the early days of a team that grew and went from being an unstruct
- Experience working with multiple systems such as Intercom, Hubspot, Retool, Zapier and and similar tools.
