What you’ll be doing
- You’ll own a full-cycle recruiting desk (from sourcing to closing) for both technical and business teams
- Past open roles at Candid Health include Front-end Software Engineer, Full-stack Software Engineer, Customer Success, Account Executive, Product Marketing Manager, Medical Billers, etc.
- You’ll collect and analyze data to inform our recruiting strategy, improve hiring outcomes, reduce interview bias, etc.
- You’ll partner with hiring managers to kick off new roles and their processes
- You’ll assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
- You’ll own recruiting-related HR tasks
- You’ll help us define and build a world-class company culture and make this the best place we've ever worked
Who you are
- You have 6+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with at least 2 years of leading a program or team within recruiting
- You may have 2+ years of people management experience (preferably leading recruiters)
- You have experience at a small start up or scaling a high-growth recruiting team
- You have experience sourcing and hiring passive talent, from entry-level to senior management
- You’re a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion and have experience working with top-of-funnel goals to increase the diversity of a candidate pipeline
- You genuinely love humans and are driven to help them find meaningful, impactful work
- You have experience using and configuring applicant tracking systems
- You enjoy owning lofty, impactful company goals and are comfortable wearing many hats + learning new things to accomplish them.
- You’re a clear and concise communicator and analytical thinker
Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
