Osmind is the premier platform for clinicians and researchers advancing new life-saving mental health treatments. Today, mental health disorders are one of the leading causes of death worldwide, especially among young adults, and are tied to shortening lifespans. While there have been developments in new psychiatric medications since the first FDA approval in 1954, today there is a growing movement among clinicians, patients, and researchers who are recognizing the need to accelerate new science.

The Osmind treatment platform is the first and only solution that solves specific challenges faced by neuropsychiatric clinics, spanning general psychiatry and interventional psychiatry (transcranial magnetic stimulation, ketamine, SPRAVATO®, psychedelic medicine, electroconvulsive therapy). The core electronic health record (EHR) technology is precisely developed for interventional treatment workflows and designed to support a strong therapeutic alliance, including journaling tools and assistance with health plan reimbursement, which is a significant access hurdle for millions of patients.

Research from our platform is already helping to set new standards for mental health interventions. For example, in the largest published real-world analysis of ketamine infusion therapy for depression, we teamed up with Stanford University School of Medicine to share findings in the Journal of Affective Disorders (March 2022). We have multiple ongoing research studies leveraging our proprietary real-world data, including an even larger ketamine analysis leveraging machine learning to predict treatment outcomes.

The opportunity

Note : Osmind is a remote first, office encouraged workplace. While we would like to continue hiring local talent in the SF Bay Area, we are also open to remote candidates within the United States.

What you'll do

• Lead product development strategy for our Clinic-facing business (e.g. EHR software) and execution in alignment with business goals
• Work closely to translate founders' and Chief Medical Officer’s product vision into product strategy and product execution tactics. Own product strategy to clearly define customer profiles, what it means to win in our market, and how to differentiate as a product and company. Entirely own execution to build compelling and remarkable products for our clinician customers.
• Bring your understanding of product best practices to improve how we execute: define product planning processes, customer feedback loops, product discovery and prioritization, sprint management, etc.
• Bring your product leadership voice to company strategic decisions and to collaborate with other functions on the leadership level
• Define and then drive product outcomes and metrics aligned with our business objectives. Leverage extensive knowledge of metrics and data to inform the product strategy
• Organize and drive your team to deliver actualization against roadmaps to ensure we ship high-quality products on-time.
• Manage a world-class product management team. Develop and grow the team to successfully deliver on their product areas, balancing autonomy and guidance. Invest in their continuous improvement and career growth and make sure Osmind is a place where strong PM’s want to work and stay
• Champion a customer-centric culture on your team and throughout the organization. Collaborate closely with other functions such as Product Marketing and others on the GTM side to translate customer feedback to roadmap prioritization, testing assumptions around what our customers need and using research to inform decision making
• Balance continuing to scale our post-PMF product with the development of new business lines and continued innovation

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in product management and 4+ years experience in managing PMs and company roadmapping with increasing leadership responsibilities
• You’ve built and owned product roadmaps for both the longer term (strategic, 1 year+) and short term (tactical, quarterly) and driven buy-in across the company
• You have experience in, or appreciation for, building products in regulated industries
• You have worked in a venture-backed startup environment between Series A and C with a product that has reached product-market fit
• You have SaaS experience, ideally SMB
• You have a track record of bringing products to market that deliver user delight, strong product engagement, and revenue growth
• Highly effective communication and presentation in aligning and presenting to various stakeholders and leadership

Nice to have

• Healthcare or healthcare IT experience
• Passion for fixing our broken mental healthcare system

The reasonably estimated national salary range for this position is between $161,000-$300,000, plus an equity package for eligible employees. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local cost of labor.
