Head of Growth 🚀

We are a Mexican startup that is changing the food system in LATAM with the goal of reducing food waste in the region. We are growing and we would like you to be part of this new stage as the leader of our growth and marketing team. As Growth Lead at Perfekto, you will need to accelerate acquisition by identifying and investing in the most effective channels across paid, viral, or content.

You will help identify major churn reasons and find ways to tackle them to improve retention. Further, you will partner with our different areas to develop performance-driven growth efforts.

• interested in experimenting with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in leading initiatives across various channels (paid, organic, offline, social media, etc...) in the B2C space.
• Experience in leading teams, delegating tasks, and working with freelancers or agencies
• Platform and tool independence - able to thrive using any platform, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing fundamentals.
• Analysis and optimization of the costumer journey including owned, paid and earned
• Deep understanding of growth & optimization, and best practices such as A/B testing, with the goal to reach - better conversion rates and average order value
• Proven experience thinking "outside the box" to create big impact with limited resources
• Ability to define, acquire and maintain different buyer personas
• Native in Spanish, advanced in English
