Head of Growth & Marketing

You'll have a budget and tons of freedom to grow our product. This includes:

• Building our social media presence so that people actually want to follow it
• Brainstorming and executing stunts and other creative ideas
• Creating viral organic campaigns
• Building deliberate, highly targeted advertising campaigns (with excellent creative + delivery)
• Updating the product mechanics to drive growth

Requirements

• Creativity: the ability to think way outside the box. We won't be afraid to take risks to get people talking. You’ll be responsible for doing everything you can to get new users to sign up - or getting our existing users to get new users to sign up.
• Frugality: we need serious ROI on marketing we pay for. Average facebook ads will get us nowhere. We need viral loops, big stunts, or whatever else will grow the product.
• Experience: 3+ years of work experience successfully growing a consumer technology product.

You'll be the first non technical hire. We're building a new product in a cutting edge space - you'll have a big influence on our messaging, brand, and voice.
