🐣 Anja Health is helping pregnant parents protect their children’s future health, freezing their umbilical cords so they can use its stem cells for future disease treatment purposes. We currently have 150k on TikTok that a head of growth can propel, and we have an amazing community of folks who love stem cell science!
Anja Health is seeking someone organized, innovative, social media-native, and strategic to join our team. You will be responsible for all growth at Anja Health, with a focus on reach and amplifying content. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative, communication, and analytical skills, will feel comfortable working cross-functionally and approaching problems in a a strategic, unique, and problem-solving way. Anja Health is based in LA, but this role is remote-friendly.
Primary responsibilities:
- Amplify all existing Anja communications and reach new audiences
- Architect growth experiments for Anja, our customers, and our partners
- Segment core audiences and maximize reach to each segment
- Owning production of content with our director of marketing
- Analyzing conversion rate optimization across all user journeys
- Push for partnerships that expand reach
Required Qualifications:
- Deeply analytical: experience with Mixpanel, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Figma, and other tools is a big plus
- Quantitative: ability to own a budget, examine pricing models, and look at operating models
- Excellent communication skills: sales, partnerships, and social media experience is a big plus
- Highly productive: ability to be highly productive and activate our customers with little oversight day-to-day
- Worked with marketing teams in the past
- Hustle mentality - can ship experiments, features, and ideas quickly and effectively
- 1+ year of experience building consumer-facing products at scale
