As the Head of Fair Square Labs, you’ll support leadership in identifying, validating, and operationalizing outside-the-box initiatives with the most potential to accelerate our business. These initiatives will range from creative growth bets to new product lines for Fair Square.
We’re looking for someone clever, agile, resourceful, and creative with a knack for identifying new ideas, validating them quickly, and turning them into actionable strategies. In this role, you’ll report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company, as well as Medicare as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a framework for rapid experimentation and learning, enabling the company to quickly test and iterate on - new ideas
- Support all leaders in identifying, validating, and operationalizing innovative initiatives that have the potential to create significant impact on the company's growth
- Operate as a thought partner to leaders across the company to push their creativity and open new frontiers for the business
- Work collaboratively with engineering, growth, operations, and sales to execute effectively
- In success, build and lead a high-performing team to scale your impact across the organization
Qualifications:
- Strong track record delivering business impact by identifying new ideas & taking them from “zero to one”
- Highly resourceful & agile operator that’s incredibly comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Previous experience as a founder or co-founder is a huge plus
