Job Summary:
The Head of Data is responsible for leading the development and execution of Dropee’s data strategy, ensuring the highest levels of data quality, integrity, and security across the company. The incumbent will develop data-driven strategies that deliver insights to address business challenges, and leverage the latest technologies to enhance Dropee’s data capabilities.
Key Accoutabilities:
- Develop and drive Dropee’s overall data strategy, including data acquisition, management, analysis, and visualisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business growth and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Manage the data team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Lead data initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, customers, and market trends to inform data strategies and insights.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and trends to inform business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and policies.
