Secoda is looking for a Head of Data to lead our data function and help grow our community with the Marketing team. This person will be responsible for building our entire internal data stack, from events to the warehouse to BI. They will work closely with the Product team to shape the development of the platform and help drive data enablement awareness to the broader data community through marketing initiatives and content creation.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the data function at Secoda
- Design and implement data infrastructure from events to the warehouse to BI
- Collaborate with Product to shape the development of the platform
- Work closely with Marketing to bring awareness of data enablement to the broader data community
- Write content about data alongside our marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or data engineering
- Experience building and leading data teams
- Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization
- Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
