By reducing soft costs per installation and accelerating project completion times, Coperniq dramatically increases operational efficiency. Further, we help transform service calls from a cost burden into a revenue engine by integrating real-time health checks for installed systems, automating service tickets, and driving referral revenue.

As our Head of Customer Success, you'll play an integral part in changing the face of the energy industry. Your role involves helping our customers harness the full power of our platform, ensuring they realize the benefits of deploying projects faster, maintaining systems efficiently. In this pivotal role, you will be reporting directly to our Founder/CEO, Abdullah Al Zandani.
Develop and implement customer success strategies that drive product adoption, increase customer value, improve retention, and reduce churn.
Foster a culture of Customer Success within Coperniq, liaising effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities, driving revenue growth and ensuring our customers maximize the value from our platform.
Build and lead a high-performing Customer Success team that embodies our commitment to excellence and customer-centric innovation.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively drive initiatives that enhance their success.
Develop deep relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives, and showing them how Coperniq can transform them into the utilities of the future.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns swiftly and effectively.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success leadership role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, during which you have progressed from an Individual Contributor to a Team Leader.
Proven track record in reducing churn, improving customer retention, and driving growth.
Excellent leadership skills, with experience building and managing teams.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Serving previously a blue-collar audience is a plus.
$130k-$150k base salary
0.2% - 0.5% stock options
