Here are some things you’ll do on the job:
- You will own the strategy & execution of curriculum development for our customer support staff and (eventually) customers.
- Create the curriculum development process for onboarding new customer support team members.
- Organize and plan assessment: check for understanding in online training, formative assessment during the process of onboarding and as new features are launched, and summative assessment at various stages of employee lifecycle
- Analyze and own our assessment data. Update the training processes and content with targeted metrics in comprehension and customer support ability.
- Manage and own the product and company handbooks
- This is a writing job. You will write.
- This is a teaching job. You will record training videos.
- Manage the workflow of new content.
You’ll know you’re successful when:
- You give Seis a clear visibility into how well our support team understands Seis, including its product, policies, and processes. You’ll help me and the rest of leadership make decisions based on quantitative data.
- This is the highest ROI thing you will do for Seis, and is what made me decide to hire for this role
- You build a robust training and education program that allows us to feel confident to open it up to customers.
- Eventually our customers think of Seis as a place to learn about finances, living in the US, and other important topics
Your role could be broken up into these types of tasks:
- Creating curriculum about our products and their features
- Creating assessments for our customer support team
- Creating training content for online consumption by customers
- Gathering information to understand the ins and outs of the bank in a way that only I do today. (Josh) This includes things as specific as how ACH or ATMs work, or as broad as how we solve problems as a company culturally.
About you
- You must be a native Spanish speaker
- If you have a background in tech that’s fine but it’s absolutely not necessary. Y
- You have a deep background and care for education, specifically curriculum and assessment design
- You’re detail oriented: you love making a task list and checking items off your todo list
- You bring energy & excitement to any room
- You’re a quick study on modern software tools like Slack, or you’ve used them before
- You’re excited about rolling up your sleeves & getting some real work done
Additional Info
- The salary for this role will be $80k-$120k depending on your prior experience and background
- You’ll be in our office 3 days a week along with the rest of the team
- Our new office is located at 3400 Ashton Blvd in Lehi
- We’ll pay for relocation to Utah if you aren’t already here
