🌟 About the role

We are looking for our Head of B2C Growth Marketing to take over our consumer marketing funnel, from traffic to MQLs to conversions to referrals and everything in between.

We’re growing fast and have yet to scratch the surface of our existing channels, stand up new channels, and optimize our conversion funnels. If you’re looking for an opportunity to be the leader that takes us to the next level, we’d love to meet you!

🚀 You will...

  • Develop and Iterate on a “theory of the customer” and do what it takes to understand the problem people want to solve when they reach our website.

  • Scale Paid Acquisition delivering exceptional CAC: LTV and paybacks, optimizing ad platforms with the entire data funnel: not just conversions but MQLs and SQLs and more heavily weighting high-LTV leads.

  • Manage Analytics by getting deep in the weeds using Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, and your analytics tools of choice to get real insights into how visitors are engaging with the website.

  • Discover New Channels and go from 0 to 1 to get new acquisition channels off the ground.

  • Work Cross-Functionally to take successful lead gen tests into product-led growth opportunities.

  • Report on key metrics related to the volume, cost, and funnel metrics of leads, MQLs, and SQLs

  • Grow the team by demonstrating the opportunity of a channel, tactic, or strategy, hire a superstar to take it over, and manage their output.

  • Motivated by Challenges and energized about essential business KPIs and figuring out how to deliver on ambitious goals.

  • Experienced with Referral Programs and have started a flywheel that incentivized existing customers to drive cheap, reliable, high-LTV customers via referrals.

  • A player/coach who gets into the weeds yourself but also knows how to hire, train, manage, and lead a high-performance marketing team.

  • A Conversion Pro who understands scaling paid acquisition, you can build funnels to convert paid and earned traffic by thinking deeply about what stage of the buying journey the lead is in and how to match a conversion experience that lines up with that stage.

  • An Email Marketing Champ moving MQLs into SQLs: you’ve built email drip sequences that move leads down the funnel and qualify them for the sales team.

  • Experienced with Every Step of the Funnel from traffic, MQLs, SQLs, on-site conversions, churn, and referrals.

  • A Builder who has developed a new channel from 0 to 1, scaled a channel from 1 to 100 and has experience with a growth-stage marketing team moving from series A to B.

  • Used to Testing methodologies to determine marketing channels incrementally.

  • Masterful in scaling and optimizing performance marketing budgets.
