The opportunity
Pine Park Health is looking for a part-time seasonal Growth & Marketing Intern to join our team!
As a Growth & Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping the company achieve its growth goals by developing and executing strategies and tactics that will drive patient engagement and enrollment. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will meaningfully contribute to our growth playbook, evaluate and maintain important growth marketing data, and design your own campaign.
We aim to deliver an engaging and hands-on learning experience that fosters ongoing leadership growth. Interns will undertake collaborative tasks, working with employees and business leaders to address current business challenges and contribute to our growth initiatives.
How You Will Contribute:
Support Pine Park’s growth team while working closely with the Head of Marketing.
Assist in updating and maintaining enrollment data, campaign data, and growth databases
Maintain CRM tools and configure enrollment tools to optimize our communications and processes
Aid in the creation of strategic content for various growth channels such as Pine Park Health’s website, articles, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media
Maintain Pine Park Health's marketing and engagement materials, including master templates, presentation decks, and print materials for the enrollment team
Represent Pine Park Health in senior living communities in the Bay Area, delivering welcome kits to seniors
Must Haves:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate productively, think critically, and exercise ethical judgment in a highly dynamic setting
Demonstrated understanding of data analysis and entry
Salesforce CRM and Web CMS experience a plus
Valid CA Driver's License and vehicle required
