We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive growth together with sales team and increase brand awareness.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop and implement outbound marketing campaigns
- Build inbound vehicle for the company: SEO, content marketing, newsletter, blog and other marketing assets and hacks to drive engagement on the website
- Own the website improvements and strategy development
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
About you
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience in a startup environment and successful case studies of scaling marketing and growth from 0 to 1 is a must
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for innovation and creativity
- Ability to work within GMT-4 to GMT+5
