We’re looking for an ambitious, data-driven growth marketing manager to join our team at Paragon. You’ll work directly with our Head of Marketing to further build upon the demand generation strategy and execute on growth experiments that will enable us to hit ambitious pipeline and revenue targets.

As a growth marketing manager, you will have ownership over efficiently scaling our existing paid acquisition channels including LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, while identifying new channels and opportunities to reach our target audience.

Given that you will be the second addition to the marketing team, expect a fast-paced, autonomous environment where you will wear multiple hats, be accountable and recognized for results, and have the opportunity to learn more than at most other companies.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute on growth experiments across channels, from social/search advertising to in person events, to achieve pipeline targets
  • Build assets that are required to execute on experiments, including landing pages, creatives, and more
  • Identify new growth experiments and channels that will continue to help scale the demand gen efforts efficiently
  • Understand the data inside and out. Analyze and report on growth experiments and website performance for insights to inform next steps and iterations
  • Gain a deep understanding of the product and the ideal customer profile in order to inform messaging and experiment theses
  • Optimize website content for conversions across product and blog pages
  • Leverage content and marketing automation to nurture prospective customers down the funnel and build demand for the product
  • Document processes, systems, and experiment logs to build the foundation for the team
  • Generate and leverage data in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform Salesforce, that will help inform future analysis for better prospecting and personalized approaches

Who you are

  • 3-4 years of B2B growth marketing experience, preferably in developer/product management SaaS
  • Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • You have a strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, and are proactive when it comes to learning new skills on your own
  • You have a data and ROI driven marketing mindset in conjunction with a deep empathy for the customers
  • A deep understanding of customer segmentation, customer profiles, and the overall marketing funnel
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and have an ownership mentality - always striving for continuous improvement. When you see an opportunity, you jump on it and take ownership of the outcome.
  • Strong communicator, especially through copy
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent prioritization skills; the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment where you’ll have ownership and be accountable for strategic decisions around growth
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with Figma is a plus.
