Ownership
You will be responsible for driving user acquisition across all digital and offline channels.
- Growth marketing for both paid (performance, CPA) and organic channels end-to-end
- Identify, test, and optimize new digital channels for acquisition
- Optimize customer acquisition costs
Looking for
- 3-5 years of growth-focused experience in D2C digital marketing, startup experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with mobile in-app conversion optimization in the SKAN age
- Experience managing and scaling 6+ figures PPC budgets
- Interest in fintech and in working on financial well-being products
- Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
- General understanding of how financial services and lending in the US works
