The Role
- End-to-end channel ownership including strategy, tracking/measurement, reporting, and optimization.
- Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast, and develop new strategies that will inform future business decisions.
- Design and execute an always-on testing process that establishes a test roadmap, hypotheses, and actionable insights that lead to campaign optimization and iteration
- Collaborate with channel leads and cross-functional teams to accelerate overall business growth.
Who are you?
- 3 + years of experience building, executing, and scaling paid social campaigns across Facebook, Snapchat, and Google, either in-house or agency
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights
- Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
- Experience with 1st party and 3rd party audience strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
