A copywriter at HER makes people fall in love with our mission and brand through content, surprises and exceeds users’ expectations, works with many different perspectives, has strong opinions on different queer topics and can ground their writing on users’ data.
On the daily:

Grasping with SEO/Content brief and excelling at writing content that our readers love

Listening to what the community says about their content, asking questions and discussing it with the growth team

Thinking about different ways to cover topics so consuming that content makes users engage
Requirements for the role:

Experience with end-to-end content management: from the content calendar planning to its implementation and communication with stakeholders

Ability to work within various points of view on LGBTQ+ matters and communicate your concerns and input regularly.

Proven writing experience with blog posts and landing pages

Experience in implementing brands' tone of voices

Expertise in SEO writing

Actively engaged with the queer community

Familiarity with WordPress

Working effectively on tight deadlines
