OVERVIEW
This position can be based out of San Francisco and New York.
We’re looking for a Growth Associate to join our Growth team. In this role, you will identify, prioritize, and drive a portfolio of growth initiatives to grow Modern Treasury’s leads pipeline while supporting critical growth operations.
In this role, you will champion growth efforts focusing on building and accelerating our paid media sponsorships. You will work in close partnership with Product Marketing and the rest of Growth to test our messaging and provide more insight into prospect’s buyer journey. You will also partner closely with Content and Design to deliver strong, relevant assets and creative to prospects.
Additionally, you will forecast, analyze, and report on the impact of your projects and experiments to executives, developing sponsorships as a discipline and a core competency within Modern Treasury. You will also own critical growth operations and processes, including our Growth project management system.

WEEK BY WEEK
During your first week you will:

Onboard with our team

Develop an understanding of our customers and user types

Read our favorite industry primers

Become a master in our app and API

Build an understanding of our brand positioning, sales process, customer stories and programs that are on-brand for Modern Treasury

Review Modern Treasury’s experiment record and backlog
During your first six weeks you will:

Take full ownership over execution and project management of sponsorship initiatives

Develop tooling and analytical framework to measure performance and track your first experiments

Take day-to-day managerial ownership over agency resources supporting sponsorships

Join prospect and customer conversations to better understand our buyer personas and product-market fit
During your first twelve weeks you will:

Assess and advocate for resources that will enable us to accelerate, measure, and scale sponsorship efforts

Present on your initial growth experiment learnings to the executive team with quantified metrics on impact

Support broader growth experimentation across channels

Help to develop Growth team working norms (e.g., experiment prioritizations, experiment performance reviews, partner management guidelines)
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

1+ years experience working in growth marketing or similar with a demonstrable experience improving performance of channels and running experiments

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and experiment on new channels from prioritization through execution and reporting
