What you’re signing up for

Owning our inbound marketing strategy (content, SEO, social)
- Publish 1-2 content pieces per week to drive inbound traffic of high-intent leads
- Drive our social media strategy (LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter etc.)

Leading sales efforts to convert inbound signups
- Conduct onboarding calls for incoming new users who sign up
- Drive the full sales cycle for these leads: understand pain points, build a relationship, suggest relevant solutions, negotiate and close deals
- Optimize email sequence for new signups in their trial period
- Share aggregated insights from customer calls to guide product development

Managing our marketing website (vellum.ai) and mailing list
- Drive the development of www.vellum.ai
- Create email nurture campaigns for our 3,500+ member mailing list

Formalizing business processes and running growth experiments, a non-exhaustive list of ideas include: outbound sales, non-linear marketing ideas, improve help center/support documentation, formalize customer success/retention etc.
