The Role

As Moxion’s first Product Manager, you will take our first products across hardware and software to market! You will engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and wants more deeply than they do themselves, and bring that insight back into the product development process within Moxion. Helping to drive engineering and UI/UX design decisions and ultimately the customer experience from end-to-end, you will be integral to the success of our products.

What you’ll do:

• Gather the voice of the customer through research
• Partner with engineering leaders to establish feature and roadmap plans
• Deeply understand safety and regulatory requirements of our products
• Analytically assess multiple business opportunities to steer the product roadmap
• Create lifelong customers

Skills to be successful:

• Product management principles and practices
• Strategic roadmap planning
• Hardware OR software product management

Bonus points for experience with:

• Knowledge of high voltage and/or energy storage systems experience
• Microgrids and distributed energy resources
• Electric vehicles
• IoT
