The Role

As a Global Supply Manager with Moxion Power, you’ll develop strong relationships with potential vendor partners, while working closely with engineering, finance and leadership teams on cost reductions, supplier selection and scalability. You’ll use your expertise to find the right balance between cost, quality, flexibility, and delivery. Using your analytical skills, you’ll drive creative solutions to major supply chain challenges, allowing us to build our planet-saving innovations on time and in style.

What you'll do

• Sourcing components that are in the process of being released or have been released
• Define and help execute, together with the Procurement leader, a solid supply base strategy
• Lead cost analysis, drive cost reduction initiatives, negotiations, supplier selection, and supplier core competencies
• Analyze market and purchasing trends to find supply solutions to scale
• Create solid sourcing processes from NDA to business award 

Skills to be successful

• Highly analytical and competent in using excel for supplier analysis 
• Ability to develop supply chain processes and best practices
• Proven experience developing relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
