The company Mindmesh launched as Product Hunt #1 product of the day on 4/19/22 https://www.producthunt.com/posts/mindmesh
Mindmesh is a seed funded Y Combinator startup (YC S21), building a tool to help product oriented teams, and especially product managers, solve context switching and information fragmentation.
Mindmesh reinvents the personal and project workspace through an innovative interface that centralizes all actionables from notes, tasks and calendars, tightly knit with existing company tools (Slack, GMail, Calendar, Jira, Drive etc).
The founders both have strong product senses and place product and the user above all in their decisions.
The CEO (MIT) is a repeat-entrepreneur (Google acqui-hired) and former Google PM, and the CTO (Polytechnique + U of Cambridge) has extensive SaaS experience, including as first 20 hire at a tech unicorn.
Company culture is paramount to us, we foster an inclusive workplace where each of us feels encouraged and empowered to grow and excel.
We value, above all, the sharing of knowledge between all employees, open and transparent work and uninhibited conversation between all employees, from the CEO to the newest intern.
When you work at Mindmesh, you become the owner of whatever you're working on. We want you to be an expert at whatever you're doing.
The role ✅ Work on many of Mindmesh's features (Node & React on Typescript) and deliver top-notch software to our users. ✅ Flesh out Mindmesh's integrations and how users interact with them Qualifications ✅ A strong engineer with demonstrated ability and 4+ years of experience building and maintaining complex software and interfaces. ✅ A product-savvy person. You're not just an engineer - you understand what the product does and why it does it. You're able to implement workable UI / UX for simple interfaces without guidance. ✅ A Pareto Principle aficionado. We prefer delivering fast (but always secure) - at the price of some finishing touches or features. ✅ An independent builder. You know how to look for solutions and make executive decisions by yourself - yet consult with the team for core decisions. ✅ A team player. As one of Mindmesh's first employees, you will be crucial to the team. Our next hires will learn from you - you need to be ready to teach and help them. ✅ Excited about working side to side with experienced founders and participate to the company growth from day 1 ✅ Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to be one of the first 5 team members
Desired experience ✅ Early stage, SaaS and/or large scale publishing companies, min 3 years relevant work experience. ✅ Offices in Paris, candidates within 2 hrs from CET are acceptable. ✅ Flexible working location, hours and top package (competitive salary + generous equity packages)
🎁 Perks and Culture 🏝 Remote work All employees are entitled to up to 3 days of remote work per week. Full-remote work is possible for certain positions - don't hesitate to ask if this is something you'd be interested in and the job offer doesn't mention it. ⏰ Flexible hours As long as you're there for important meetings, and as long as you're doing what you're supposed to do, you pretty much pick when you need to work. 🏥 Top notch healthcare We provide all employees with top private healthcare ("mutuelle") plans. 🍽 Lunch is on us There is such a thing as a free lunch. When we're back in the office, lunch is on us. Also (healthy) snacks. 👨🎓 Learning and sharing Knowledge is at the heart of Mindmesh's mission. We value, above all, the sharing of knowledge between all employees, open and transparent work and uninhibited conversation between all employees, from the CEO to the newest intern. We provide regular trainings and continuous learning opportunities to all employees. 🏠 Ownership Ownership is another major concept in our product - it's no surprise that it's also major for our culture. When you work at Mindmesh, you become the owner of whatever you're working on. We want you to be an expert at whatever you're doing.
