HR full Cycle executive
Pulppo has the great challenge of being a technological partner of a low-tech market!
At Pulppo, culture is key. As the first HR hire, you will be responsible for proactively supporting the founders in growing the strong culture our early team has created. You will have the exciting tasks of:
- Ideating, planning and implementing weekly, monthly and quarterly activities to build culture (based on our values). This includes fun activities we already do such as the Pulppo Games, our quarterly outings and our monthly activities.
- Lead the feedback process for all employees.
- Manager hiring, onboarding and exit processes as well as employee payments (using our outsourced company).
- Manage the office manager and all of her activities.
- Ensure employee hapiness and activities surrounding it.

About the person we are looking for. You are (or have):
- A passion for creating and implementing company culture.
- A desire to be part of a company in it's infant stages, so you can be a part of it's hyper-growth phase.
- Experience working at a startup (if it's in the company's early days, even better).
- Experience working in the early days of a team that grew and went from being an unstruct.
- Experience working with multiple systems such as Intercom, Hubspot, Retool, Zapier and and similar tools.
