Description
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team based out of our offices in Montreal, Quebec, or San Francisco, California.
As the Founding Product Manager, you will be the first product manager to take over this role from the company founders. You will work cross-functionally with our engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams and own our best-in-class EMR, responsible for helping providers manage every aspect of over 500,000 patient interactions per year. You will drive the definition of new features and services that help deliver quality, delightful experiences to our medical providers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire product life cycle from planning to tactical execution
- Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, and clinical teams
- Communicate product and feature releases both internally and externally
- Build the business case for the product roadmap, and measure/report to partners and the senior leadership team on product impact within the market
- Break down strategies and features into meaningful consumer stories
- Prioritize features based on business impact
- Analyze consumer research to develop key product insights
- Track feature performance through usage analytics
- Conduct regular product reviews
Requirements
- 3+ years as a product manager in digital consumer products
- University degree in computer science, design or business administration, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize resources and direct them for maximum impact
- Ability to quickly design and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses
- Strong analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative
Desired
- Proven track record with other startups or VC-funded companies
- Experience developing EHR and/or medical SaaS products
- Experience with 3-sided marketplaces
- Ability to write code (in any language) and manipulate data with SQL queries and experience with Looker
Compensation
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels and options to trade cash for stock. This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $130K - $150K (USD) for San Francisco and $96K - $115K (CAD) for Montreal. Plus generous vacation and full medical/dental benefits and 401K.
