We're seeking an experienced Founding Product Designe r to play a pivotal role on our team. As a small company moving fast, we need a professional who is adept at multitasking and is comfortable with taking on a variety of responsibilities. You will be instrumental in driving our product expansion and directly influencing customer experiences.

Your role goes beyond conventional boundaries, combining design mastery with strategic vision and holistic user understanding. In a fast-paced, lean environment, your contributions will be instrumental in propelling us toward our conversion and retention goals.

💡 Craft intuitive and streamlined customer experiences, redefining flows and features to enhance our conversion rates and retention metrics.

👥 Immerse yourself in our users' world, going beyond the basics to comprehend their thoughts, needs, and behaviors. You'll gather insights directly from the source.

📊 Lead user research initiatives, personally engaging with our customers to unearth actionable insights that drive adaptation and innovation. No middlemen here – you'll be the bridge between our users and our product.

🤝 Collaborate seamlessly across departments, working closely with product, engineering, and other teams. With no dedicated PM, you'll chart your course to prioritize and execute business objectives.

🎨 Design holistic systems that span various touchpoints, encompassing email copy, brochures, and all facets of customer interaction.

💻 Establish new benchmarks for product design excellence, setting higher standards that continuously elevate the user experience.
