Our team has built and scaled marketplaces. Our founder previously was a Growth PM at Opendoor ($15B+ revenue real estate startup) and our founding engineers and designers all come from marketplaces. We see an opportunity to reshape the $600B home services market. We’re a YC-backed startup that raised $3.5M from extraordinary investors.
About Your Role
We’re hiring Founding Full Stack Engineers.
We’re looking for ambitious, product-minded engineers who care about customer impact and thrive in a collaborative process. We’re not a good fit for self-described “rockstar” or “ninja” developers who prefer building in isolation. Our engineering, product, design, and ops team members plan ahead in a high transparency environment.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years software engineering experience with any modern tech stack (we use React, Python, Postgres, Google Cloud)
- Clear communicator with a bias to collaborate with design and product
- Customer empathy - you deeply care about the customer experience
- Ability to learn quickly - you're a highly motivated self-starter with strong self-awareness and an eagerness to learn and grow
