Your Impact
As Founding Software Engineer, you will be responsible for driving Rinse's overall technical architecture by building high-quality, high-impact, architecturally sound systems strategically aligned with our business needs.
Who You Are

[Required] Track record of shipping for an early-stage startup or having had side projects with at least some real users.

[Required] Have a strong opinion about dental care/healthcare and want to help fix the industry.

Ability to grow into a more critical position as the company grows. You will be one of the first engineers.

Get excited at the idea of finding product market fit.

Take an extreme amount of pride and ownership in your work.

Consider yourself a generalist willing to work on whatever is needed to push a product forward.
We expect you to have the following technical qualifications:

You have at least five years of professional work experience building and scaling products and systems from the ground up.

Experience at least some of these tools: Node.js, React Native, Docker, GCP, Firebase, serverless, and Typescript. It's ok if you haven't worked with all of them.

Strong knowledge of ReactJs.

Hands-on coding skills. Ability to do fast prototyping.
