Founding Engineer / Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Founding Engineer/VP of Engineering to join our growing team.

run projects with short feedback cycles, as well as projects with very long ones

Strong focus on building product, shipping product, and having tight feedback loops with customers to improve product (the tight feedback loop will be with our product and sales teams but you should be included in-part in this process as well)

Focus on continuously delivering value to the customer; always thinking about how to deliver value the customer can feel. Customers own the problem, but we own the solution.

Be an owner of your code, not a participant. This meaning you are responsible for your code to be production ready.
