We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join us in-person in New York to build the automation platform of the future.
Responsibilities
A sample of things you might work on:
- Designing and developing a core API-drive platform to power insurance customers service use cases.
- Novel techniques for organizing and retrieving information.
- Build LLM observability and analytics to refine quality.
- Training and fine-tuning LLMs on top of Insurance Industry corpora.
- Collaborating with enterprise customers to understand their pain points and how we can apply AI to streamline their policy servicing workflows.
What we're looking for in you
- You believe that building things that solve customer problems comes first.
- You have proven experience in building complex full-stack applications.
- You are fluent in one or more frontend and backend technologies (pref: JS & Python).
- Relentlessly resourceful and ready to tackle new challenges as they arise.
