Founding Designer

We’re looking for a Founding Designer who is ready to hit the ground running and build the HR platform for the future of work.

• Lead our design team
• Define our design first culture and best practices from the ground up
• Improve UI/UX by outlining product strategy
• Collaborate closely with our CTO and CEO and directly impact product roadmap

You have strong design sense and move fast. You will thrive in our culture if you:

• Have a strong bias towards action and prioritize execution above else
• Easily handle the unstructured environment of fast moving startups
• Have the hunger to grow as we scale up

📈 Requirements

• Fast-learner: you are proactive and able to pick up new things quickly
• Strong understanding of design theory
• Ability to produce great work in short timeframes

🚀 Bonus Points

• Experience with Webflow, Figma, Photoshop
• Design related degree (Product Design, Graphic Design, etc.)
