How you'll make an impact:
- Be part of a Series A startup that's revolutionizing the meaning of Trust in B2B relationships as the first design hire
- Design and own end-to-end flows and user experiences that are intuitive and delightful
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to take features from conception to launch
- Make informed design decisions by conducting user research and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors, helping us grow our platform
- Define the overall design direction of our platform by helping to build our design systems, language, and culture
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Entrepreneurial mindset - previous experience as an early joiner in a technology startup or evidence that you are scrappy with a "get-it-done" attitude. You thrive in an ambiguous environment
- A commitment to caring deeply about our customers, our business, the industry, and development in regulations that affect us
- 6+ years of experience in product design, delivering high-quality designs that improve the customers' experience and achieve business goals
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions, leveraging user research and data
- Fluency in UX wireframing design and high-fidelity UI design prototyping tools like Figma
Nice to have:
- Experience working at a B2B SaaS company with an agile software development team
- Experience creating and iterating on design systems
- US East Coast working hours

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
